The Amazon India and Les Gadgets Defective Product Delivery

These are photos of the defective product delivered by Amazon India seller Les Gadgets.

All photos are taken when the phone was switched ON!


Hour 1

The brand name appears and then ...

Hour 2





.. thats all that happens..

After 13 Hours


Then we are treated to a blank screen.

After 49 hours
After trying 15-20 times we gave the ghost and called Amazon, who in turn gave us a free lesson in how to take your customers for a ride.

After Amazon India - and Les Gadgets - refused their vaunted "No Questions Asked" returns policy we decided to forgo our money and bought the same model from S******l. The delivered the product within 48 hours.

And it worked...

 ..as it should!


  

Update: As promised I returned their non-functional phone. And Amazon finally did refund me minus my courier charges. However that was after they repeatedly disowned their own 'no-questions asked' return for a clearly defective item, after this blog was launched, and after their seller publicly basically called me a scammer.
